We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Broadway National Group. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 3+ years of relative experience.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting the CEO with day-to-day activities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and project-based work. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing general administrative support, such as answering phones, copying, faxing, scanning, filing, mailing, printing, binding, creating, and submitting expenses.

The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for composing, editing, and/or proofreading a variety of documents, including correspondence, meeting agendas, organizational charts, reports, proposals, agreements, contracts, and personnel documents. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will arrange group and individual meetings with employees from all levels in the organization, consultants, vendors, etc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with/knowledge of Salesforce is also a plus. The Executive Assistant will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Broadway National Group offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid group term life insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid vacation, sick/personal time, and floating holidays.
