Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Stay up-to-date on all alcoholic beverage laws and company policies and procedures.
  • Be available to work weekends and some holidays, as well as fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as basic cocktail recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
