  • Providing support to Collateral and Origination departments when required to ensure seamless loan servicing
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines for commercial loan servicing
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office and department-specific software effectively to manage loan servicing activities
  • Collaborating within a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Operating on-site equipment as necessary to support loan servicing activities
  • Handling special projects as assigned to support commercial loan servicing activities
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and attending relevant trainings to ensure compliance and best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as business or finance
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a commercial loan setting
  • Experience in commercial or small business loans, with a strong understanding of loan servicing activities
