Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse

Leoforce is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Specialty team.
The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in the healthcare team by fostering a genuine and personalized connection with patients and their support systems. This involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans that promote optimal health outcomes or ensure a dignified end-of-life experience.
Utilizing the latest scientific evidence combined with compassion, the Registered Nurse guides patients through their healthcare journeys. This role entails taking responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and delivery of care in line with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. If your nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more, you must have completed a Board-approved refresher course before reactivating or reinstating your license.
Experience:
Experience in Telemetry, CCU, or Cardiac Step-down Units is required. Familiarity with a Physician Practice Environment and Coumadin Dosing is also necessary.
Licensure/Certification:
A current RN license in the appropriate state is mandatory.
