Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a prestigious Children's Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
- Current RRT certification
- 1 year of experience in NICU/PICU
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
