Emergency Services:
Full-Time Day Shift - 40 hours weekly. Responsibilities include 24-hour oversight of departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities, workflow, and nursing resources within designated nursing units.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards for self and unit.
- Conduct recruitment, training, direction, development, and evaluation of staff.
- Identify and address issues impacting patient care delivery within assigned units.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective health service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budget compliance.
- Approve or oversee expenditures, purchases, and other actions to ensure alignment with budget guidelines.

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required prior to hire or transfer. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification along with 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
- Additional Preferences: BSN preferred; 5+ years of Emergency experience preferred.
