We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Bar Receptionist to join our team at FACE FOUNDRI. As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that enters our salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Work with the Salon Manager to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively recommend them to guests.
  • Store Operations: Assist with all in-store operational processes, including maintaining a clean and fully stocked environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Salon Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Guest Service Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven ability to meet sales goals and contribute to marketing efforts.
  • Salon Experience: Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Availability:

We require some nights and weekends, but we offer a competitive schedule and opportunities for growth and development.
