Job Summary

The Amity Foundation is seeking an ECM Program Manager to oversee the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) - Community Supports (CS) project in Los Angeles County. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ECM-CS program, ensuring it meets the needs of its members.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and improve the ECM-CS program.
  • Supervise assigned staff/team.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff.
  • Foster a collaborative culture.
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of contracting parameters, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ability to integrate budgetary and service utilization data.
  • Ability to work constructively with diverse people and parties with divergent perspectives.
