Job Title: Quality Management Systems Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to join the xEV team at TRC Talent Solutions as a Quality Management Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the quality management system to ensure that product quality exceeds customer expectations and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate preparation of all departments for Hitachi self-audit and third-party ISO and IATF audits
  • Conduct and lead ISO, IATF, Hitachi audits as required
  • Report audit findings and follow up with necessary groups
  • Prepare results for reporting to management
  • Quality department LDC, overall plant CDC, records retention
  • New hire orientation training
  • Other duties as assigned
Production and Location Start-up Duties:

The Quality Management Systems Specialist will work within a small team to develop manufacturing location and processes to support smooth mass production start-up of EV products. This will include set-up of the plant's QMS and path to IATF registration.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to make sound business decisions, exercise good judgment, and be highly motivated
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of accuracy with Root Cause Analysis
  • Maintains clean and orderly work environment
  • Interacts with various levels of associates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organization needed
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter personality
  • Strong abilities in auditing of systems and procedures
