Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our production line. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the repair, maintenance, and adjustment of various sewing machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with sewing machines to minimize downtime.
  • Adjust machine settings and calibrations to meet specific sewing task requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to machine operators to enhance productivity.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine efficiency and productivity.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sewing Machine Technician.
  • Strong understanding of industrial sewing machine mechanics and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
