SciTec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Manager / Control Account Manager for an agile software development program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account.
Key Responsibilities- Manage control account performance, identify and implement corrective actions, and provide timely and accurate insight into key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager.
- Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties, including budget and work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, and variance reporting.
- Participate in Integrated Baseline Review and provide leadership support ensuring overall success of the program.
- Effectively manage control account execution, elevate concerns or issues to the Chief Engineer, Program Management, and other relevant CAMs.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline with 6 years of professional experience.
- 5+ years' industry experience with time managing Government Technical Programs.
- Previous CAM or lead experience.
- Experience on EVMS program.
- Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous participation in an IBR.
- Previous proposal, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and/or negotiations experience.
- Subcontractor management.
- Active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher.

The pay range for this position is $128,000 - $169,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
