Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all project components align with established plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers and team members assigned to projects.
  • Monitor and enhance the financial outcomes of projects, evaluate procedural efficiency, and deliver insightful analysis to project managers and operational leadership.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for each project segment under your supervision.
  • Provide weekly updates on project status and suggest necessary strategic and tactical adjustments.
  • Track project milestones and confirm that quality control assessments are scheduled and executed by the quality control team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Construction Management, or 8 years of experience in managing project controls.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience related to project controls.
  • Proficient in tools such as Primavera, SAP, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in presenting data and generating reports.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it upon hire.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, tact, and consideration, with a focus on accuracy. Excellent communication skills, positive initiative, sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, business acumen, and organizational skills are essential.

This is a full-time salaried position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
