We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager for our upcoming Detox and Residential treatment facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate medical care to all clients.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among medical and clinical teams, external healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
  • Manage medication inventory, documentation, lab reports, and medical supplies.
  • Supervise nursing and medical support personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain efficient medical workflows and regularly review operational protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards through routine chart audits.

Qualifications

  • Active RN licensure in the state of practice; BSN preferred.
  • Experience in the substance use treatment sector is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership qualities with a commitment to high standards of care.
