Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to clients via various communication channels.
- Address and respond to client inquiries regarding products, including configuration, operational functions, and troubleshooting.
- Assist clients in selecting products to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and perform related tasks.
- Collaborate with the product assembly, test, and shipment teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and actions taken.
- Three to five years of experience in a related field or a willingness to develop and apply relevant skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus.
- Associates degree desirable, high school diploma or equivalent required.
