Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal Resource Pool OB team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and care standards.
- Provide direct and indirect care to patients through the supervision of delegated nursing acts.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- CPR certification or eligible to complete within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to work night shift (12-hours) with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.
