Electrophysiology Technician Job Description

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrophysiology Technician to work in our department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  • Perform electrophysiology procedures and tests.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular technology or related field.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred.
  • Minimum three years of interventional experience preferred.
  • Completion of BLS and ACLS certification within 3 months of employment preferred.
