Key Responsibilities- Receive and place calls to clients for the purpose of scheduling, updating, and providing information.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pet records, including immunization records and medical concerns.
- Assist clients with their needs, providing clear instructions, information, and invoices as required.
- Utilize our resort computer systems to document check-in and check-out procedures for pets, including any specific instructions or observations.
- Manage the financial aspects of the resort, including maintaining accurate balances, collecting client transactions, and following cash and credit card handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with clients, pets, and team members.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy towards clients and treat pets with compassion and respect.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and vacations.
- Experience with kennel software is preferred, but not required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15-$17/hour based on experience.
