* Present the company's product portfolio to existing and potential customers to increase sales.
* Develop, implement, and communicate sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and meet customer's needs.
* Provide training to new and existing sales representatives to ensure they are up to date on company products, technical knowledge, and policies.
* Track all sales activities in the company's CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
* Meet and/or exceed quotas.
* Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
