Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive excellence in customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Maintain company standards in product and facility specifications, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Review food handling procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Assess operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to crew employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Assume full responsibility for the opening and closing of the restaurant when management is unavailable, maintaining administrative control and ensuring seamless operations.
Benefits:
  • 30 hours a week are entitled to enroll in medical, dental, and 401k benefits.
  • 32 hours a week are entitled to PTO.
  • 36 hours a week are entitled to short-term disability.
  • Period bonus potential up to $1.00 per hour for every hour worked.
