Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing staff in pediatric procedural and infusion care.
  • Implement customized evidence-based advanced nursing interventions to improve nurse-sensitive outcomes.
  • Act as a clinical expert for specific clinical populations, with a focus on infusions, procedural care, and sedation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct educational sessions for staff, patients, and families on various topics related to pediatric nursing.
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing (CNS or DNP).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience (3 years preferred).
  • Current RN licensure in the State of WI or compact state.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Preferred: CNS certification, experience in an academic medical center.
