Job Title: Director of Facilities Management and Technical Services

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Management and Technical Services to lead our technical services initiative for Airport Lounges. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve operational excellence in technical services.
  • Provide guidance and direction to align technical services with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical services department, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Technical leadership role in a developmental, operational, or deployment-related role within a technical services business.
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance and regulatory management.
  • Relevant operational experience, running and coordinating Facilities Management business (Unit Level, State/Multi-State Level) to include:
  • Coordinating Labor at the site and regional level.
  • Managing budgets (contractor and client).
  • Managing and mitigating regulatory aspects of Facilities Management business.
  • Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management Safety Management and creating a safe workplace environment.
  • Client negotiation and contract management.
