Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Account Manager) to oversee operations and maintenance functions. This role entails organizing, directing, and managing all contractual responsibilities between our organization and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of all contract elements between EMCOR and the client.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and updates to ensure contract compliance and achievement of financial objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical personnel, fostering a skilled and disciplined workforce.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduled maintenance, and oversee construction and renovation projects.
  • Assess project efficiency and control operational costs while adhering to maintenance standards and contractual obligations.
  • Provide guidance and technical direction to staff in completing their assignments.
  • Supervise contract negotiations and administration for construction and renovation projects.
  • Plan and delegate project tasks to team members, establishing maintenance priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and HR on staffing decisions.
  • Advise client facilities staff on maintenance issues and operational challenges.
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities, including HVAC systems, sanitation, and emergency readiness.
  • Coordinate procurement of supplies and maintain inventory control.
  • Maintain communication with architects, engineers, and contractors involved in major projects.
  • Keep accurate records and procedures to ensure effective management and productivity.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to the EMCOR Business System by all administrative personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations.
  • Skilled in collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working with diverse personnel across various levels.
  • Knowledge of office management, facility operations, budgeting, and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of leading teams and working independently.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
  • Must possess or be eligible for Top Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial facilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, and kneeling.
