Position Overview

Resource Innovations is in search of a Software Implementation Business Systems Analyst to enhance our expanding operations.

As a Software Implementation Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting utility energy-efficiency program execution through software system design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing program configurations and developing those designs into functional software solutions.
  • Testing and launching software builds while ensuring program sustainability.
  • Engaging in problem-solving within our SaaS platforms and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the utility energy efficiency sector.
  • A comprehensive understanding of software industry principles.
Responsibilities Include

  • Implementing business process logic into SaaS platforms through the design, configuration, and maintenance of software workflows, automated communications, and other essential software components tailored to utility requirements.
  • Providing technical solutions for Demand Side Management and clean energy technologies.
  • Understanding customer business drivers and high-level objectives to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Addressing bugs, feature requests, and program updates promptly.
  • Developing a thorough knowledge of Resource Innovations' SaaS platforms.
  • Conducting analyses, including gap, testing, and product-use reports.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners, anticipating their needs, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Promoting standardization and integrating best practices into systems and processes.
Educational Background

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (such as Mathematics, Physics, or Economics) is required.

  • Experience with programming languages and front-end technologies.
