Job Title: Anatomic Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Anatomic Pathologist to join our team at Loyola University Chicago's Stritch School of Medicine. As a key member of our Department of Pathology, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various diseases and conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat patients with various diseases and conditions
  • Conduct autopsies and examine tissue samples to determine the cause of death or disease
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in research studies and clinical trials to advance the field of anatomic pathology
Requirements:
  • MD degree or equivalent
  • AP Board-certified/eligible
  • Medical license in the State of Illinois
  • Strong diagnostic skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commitment to academic career and research
