Job Summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dentist to fill a lead dentist role, managing clinical director position. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a patient-centric team and respect clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community
Requirements
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
