Relationship Manager III

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager III to join our Corporate Banking team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
- Work with clients with advanced levels of risk and complexity of needs, often requiring independent decision-making and mentoring of other team members.
- Develop and drive strategies to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships, generating revenue and deepening share of wallet.
- Handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services, managing risk/return and driving quality for new and/or existing clients.
- Actively identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty, generating ideas and best practices within Relationship Management and mentoring others.
- Manage effective networks of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- University/college degree, with higher-level education desirable.
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- Formal credit training and certifications desirable.
- Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and customer experience management skills.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for the most complex credit requests.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $104,000.00 - $209,300.00.
- Incentive eligibility with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
