Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year for this role.

Maintenance Technicians perform routine maintenance, repairs, grounds keeping, and other interior and exterior duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

  • Responsibilities include performing routine community maintenance as scheduled and requested, responding to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff timely and efficiently, and reporting equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain operational privacy and ensure that all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries to residents and stakeholders.

This role requires a basic understanding and ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, with previous maintenance experience preferred but not required.
