Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a dedicated Full-Time Residential Maintenance Specialist for our properties in Michigan.

Working Hours:

Enjoy stable, year-round employment with full-time hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime.

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive wage starting at $20 per hour, along with:
  • Annual salary increases up to 5%
  • Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually
