About the Role

KMG Prestige is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waterford, MI. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs
  • Diagnose and repair appliances and other equipment
  • Conduct apartment turns and prepare units for new residents
  • Respond to emergency on-call requests and perform repairs as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and repair
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs
  • Appliance repair skills and knowledge of basic residential repairs
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and other necessary tools
  • Availability for emergency on-call duties
