Sterile Supply Chain Manager

At CharterCARE Health Partners, we seek an experienced Sterile Supply Chain Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of sterile supplies and equipment to our Operating Rooms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising sterile processing, ensuring on-time delivery of case carts and instruments, and maintaining a high level of patient care standards.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional with a minimum of three years' experience in operating room management. You will work closely with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless operations, while upholding the highest standards of infection control and safety. Your expertise in sterilization principles, aseptic techniques, and medical-surgical patient care supplies will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise sterile processing staff to ensure efficient operation
* Oversee the timely delivery of case carts and instruments to the Operating Rooms
* Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and inventory levels
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in operating room management
* Strong knowledge of sterilization principles, aseptic techniques, and medical-surgical patient care supplies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate will be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. You may be exposed to hazardous materials, blood, and body fluids, as well as computer electrical energy and excessive noise intermittently. Regularly, you will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
