Job Summary
This Materials Engineer position is responsible for ensuring the quality of materials used in our products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inspection control plans for new and existing purchase parts.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide direction to receiving inspection, including procurement of tools to enhance measurement capability and setting inspection frequencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required.
Minimum 3 years' experience in quality engineering or related field.
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company.
