About the Role:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services for a 3–4-month assignment. This role offers flexible hours, 30-32 hours per week, starting in January.

Your key responsibilities will include executing the procurement process, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring vendors meet their obligations. You will also maintain positive relationships with vendors, communicate regularly, and address issues promptly.

Quality control is essential in this role, ensuring purchased goods and services meet specified quality standards and project requirements. You will document procurement contracts, communications, and performance for auditing and compliance purposes.

This position requires sourcing specific items including network electronics, computers, and software.
