About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Reworld. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, procurement, project controls, and third-party contractors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on capital projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working in the utility and/or Energy from Waste (EFW) industry.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
