Job Title: Epic Release Cycle Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Release Cycle Manager to join our team at Neighborcare Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the release cycle of our Epic system, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the release cycle of Epic, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new releases
- Develop and maintain documentation, including release notes, training materials, and user guides
- Provide training and support to end-users on new releases and system updates
- Identify and resolve issues related to release implementation, working closely with IT and clinical teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including Epic, to ensure timely and effective support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in release management and Epic implementation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in release management or project management in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Epic and its implementation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
