Job Summary

Efficus, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead the release and deployment process for our digital products. As a key member of our Digital Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for facilitating the overall release delivery process, coordinating release activities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the overall release delivery process, coordinate release activities, and dependencies across products and teams
  • Maintain overall release schedule and coordinate with cross-functional groups on cross-team dependencies and release readiness activities
  • Own release status updates and provide clarity to all stakeholders, including the team, on progress towards agreed milestones
  • Measure release effectiveness leveraging data trends and metrics to improve the overall customer experience
  • Support various tech initiative delivery by driving implementation planning, support testing, and go-to-market planning and execution
Requirements
  • 8+ years in IT delivery
  • 5+ years in IT delivery leadership with a combination of Project leadership, Release leadership, producer, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Technology producer, Technical delivery manager, IT project management delivery, or program management office experience (5 years)
  • Managing digital product or service delivery and release in an agile environment (3 years)

  • Clear understanding of project technical activities, including: (1) solution analysis and design; (2) enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture; (3) systems integration; (4) data conversion and migration; (5) environment management and build processes; and (6) deployment planning and execution
  • Expertise in productivity/collaboration tools, particularly Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and advanced skills in the MS Office Product Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
