About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our team at GPAC. As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our clients' tax matters, providing expert tax advice, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Manage Tax Returns: Ensure accuracy and compliance with current tax laws, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide Strategic Tax Planning: Offer expert advice to clients on tax planning and consulting, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Research and Interpret Tax Regulations: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • Establish and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Assist in Resolving Tax-Related Issues: Collaborate with clients to resolve tax-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay Current with Tax Laws and Regulations: Continuously update knowledge of tax laws and regulations, applying this expertise to benefit clients.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions, ensuring seamless integration of services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Related Field: Possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification: Hold a valid CPA certification, demonstrating expertise in tax preparation and review.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong Knowledge of Tax Laws and Regulations: Possess in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex tax issues.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work Effectively as Part of a Team: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
