Career Development:
Upon successful completion of the Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program, you will transition into the role of an Energy Engineer at a designated office location. In this capacity, you will transform data into actionable insights, assisting clients in optimizing their facilities and achieving their operational goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Analyzing the economic implications of utility rate structures and supply options across diverse customer environments.
- Conducting preliminary and detailed audits to assess client needs.
- Performing facility walkthroughs to identify energy conservation opportunities.
- Utilizing energy simulation models and applying HVAC principles to provide consultative support.
- Offering insights into energy usage, building operations, and indoor environmental quality.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this position is $75,000, with additional support for lodging, daily stipends, and relocation during training. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that promotes well-being and professional growth, including:

Qualifications:
