Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, energy efficiency project development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of energy performance contracting and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and drive to make a tangible impact on energy efficiency.
