Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex energy services projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive program management plans that align with our clients' sustainability goals, establishing clear communication channels and robust project controls.
- Navigate federal, state, and local regulations, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, facilitating training sessions, leading workshops, and representing 2KB in client presentations and public forums.
- Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth, supporting the sales team in identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with industry partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, energy efficiency project development, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of energy performance contracting and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
