Mission Healthcare is on the lookout for compassionate and skilled nurses to provide specialized support to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. As a Hospice Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, your role will be crucial in delivering empathetic end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient care activities
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding self-care practices
  • Effectively manage pain and other symptoms

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience
  • Valid LPN/LVN license
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Familiarity with the principles of hospice care
