Hospital Pharmacy Director

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Hospital Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy department at Maury Regional Health. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing patient outcomes.
The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes
- Lead a team of clinical staff pharmacists and technicians to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with directors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
Requirements:
- Licensure with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist
- PharmD degree
- At least 10 years of hospital or institutional practice experience, including prior leadership roles
