Pharmacist Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Supervisor to join our team at Maury Regional Health. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to our clinical staff.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure accurate and timely medication distribution and billing operations
• Represent the pharmacy department in the absence of the director
• Coordinate system problems and communicate effectively with the director and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Licensure with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist
• PharmD degree
• At least 5 years of hospital or institutional practice experience
• Prior pharmacy management experience preferred
