The Customer Service Representative I plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between members, clients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through professional and positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries and requests.
- Utilize appropriate greetings and maintain proper call management protocols.
- Demonstrate empathy and a proactive approach to address caller needs effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance service delivery.
- Access and utilize various databases to provide accurate information to callers.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in customer service (1 year).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- High School Diploma is required; Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus.
