Job Overview:

The Customer Service Representative I plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between members, clients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through professional and positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries and requests.
  • Utilize appropriate greetings and maintain proper call management protocols.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a proactive approach to address caller needs effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Access and utilize various databases to provide accurate information to callers.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in customer service (1 year).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma is required; Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus.
