Job Summary

This role is part of the Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Strategic Business Unit, seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Mission & JEDI Engineering team. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and technical expertise to drive impactful programs and deliver networked battlefield capabilities to the warfighter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale demonstrations and work with cross-functional teams to staff these events
  • Develop and institutionalize the Mission Engineering capability within Mission Systems
  • Advance state-of-the-art technologies to support business key strategic initiatives
  • Ensure the development of analytics tools and methodologies
  • Manage technical risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Drive overall technical execution of projects to meet program requirements and objectives
Requirements
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
