Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting logistical tasks for commercial or government organizations. You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and operations, as well as making valid material management decisions.

The Senior Logistics Manager will serve as Team Lead, maximizing the capabilities of each individual member of the team to meet requirements. You will be responsible for task organizing, serving as the primary liaison between the Government and the Contractor, and ensuring all tasks are prioritized, completed on time, and of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and operations
  • Make valid material management decisions
  • Serve as Team Lead, maximizing the capabilities of each individual member of the team
  • Task organize and prioritize tasks to meet requirements
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and the Contractor
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and of the highest quality
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a logistics-related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting logistical tasks for commercial or government organizations
  • Knowledge and experience of a broad range of policies, procedures, and techniques related to inventory management
  • Knowledge and experience of specialized methods and techniques used to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and/or operations
  • Knowledge and experience of the organization, regulations, policies, and procedures of Coast Guard supply systems
  • Knowledge and experience of provisioning, transportation, storage, cataloging, maintenance, repair, and disposal
