Job Title: Production Line Leader

Conagra Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Line Leader to join our team at our Macomb, MI manufacturing facility.

Job Summary:

The Production Line Leader will be responsible for managing the raw processing area staff to attain production and quality goals, identifying problems/bottlenecks in the production process, resolving issues, and participating in continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize safety above all else
  • Follow all GMPs and USDA guidelines
  • Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained
  • Manage different functions of the business, creating an engaged and team-oriented work force
  • Ensure production resources such as materials and equipment are available
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Evaluate general labor performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for work performance improvement
  • Participate in and support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high-level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook email
  • SAP experience
