Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Monitor and control the production process to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production and quality goals.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
