  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of hotel personnel, room configurations, pricing, amenities, and sales techniques.
  • Handle reservation inquiries with efficiency.
  • Respond to incoming calls adhering to proper telephone etiquette standards.
  • Manage room assignments and accommodate special requests.
  • Oversee room availability and assist the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with revenue management and restrictions.
  • Safeguard guest valuables following established guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting lobby and front desk area.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of emergency and safety procedures.

Compensation: $17/hour
