  • Field Service Tools: Oversee the implementation of field service tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the field.
  • Work Reports and Submissions: Review daily work reports and start-up submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Warranty Process: Manage the warranty process, filtering warranty requests from contractors and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communication: Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure adherence to our safety program by all Service staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the mechanical industry (HVAC/Plumbing) and 5+ years of experience as a manager.
  • Current Experience: 3+ years of current experience with HVAC Operations.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong skillset in HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding, as well as a strong understanding of HVAC & Plumbing functions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  • Background and History: A stable background and work history are required for consideration.
