Key Responsibilities- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
- Work safely and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization
- Understand the mechanics of working machinery and be able to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities
- Ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields
- Practice safe work habits and comply with all company work and safety standards
- Good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and communication skills
- A minimum of 1-year mechanical experience is preferred
- Must hold and/or obtain Hampton PIT, chainsaw, and fall protection
- Experience and/or exposure to welding, cutting, troubleshooting equipment and systems, maintaining working components, operating machinery, understanding pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and use of all tools related to the trade
