Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Lighting Maintenance Inc (LMI) is a family-owned electrical and lighting contractor serving the mid-Atlantic region. With over 31 years of experience, we provide top-notch electrical and lighting services to government, commercial, and industrial clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of electrical and lighting systems in the Hampton, VA area. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure the highest level of service and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of electrical and lighting systems
  • Installation of new electrical and lighting systems
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
  • Working with a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • 5 years of combined commercial and industrial electrical experience
  • Journeyman License
  • CDL B License (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 safety training
  • Bucket truck experience (minimum 2 years)
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures
  • Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet
  • Experience with multiple hand tools and equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
